For monthly and annual subscribers:
If you are not satisfied with any material including courses, eBooks and digital downloads offered by SourceCAD and listed on our website www.thesourcecad.com or its subdomains then you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Purchases from other websites referred by SourceCAD (like Amazon etc) will be subjected to the refund policy of that site and we shall not be liable for any refund claims for the third party websites.
If you are on a recurring monthly subscription then you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your last bill. Any payment you made within the last 30 days will be refunded 100%.
Though you don’t need to share any reason for asking for a refund, we may sometimes ask users to state the reason for the refund (to improve the website experience) which is completely optional.
For Live training students:
If you are not satisfied with the live training then let us know after the Day 1 of the training and we will give you a 100% refund. You won’t be allowed to continue the remaining days of the training after the refund is issued.
Live training enrollees can retake the training as many times as they like within a year of enrollment free of charge. To enrol in repeat classes just let us know and we will sign you up in the next session at no cost to you.
If you’ve asked for a refund you no longer have eligibility to enrol for a repeat class but feel free to enrol again as a paid student if you want.
